If you have:
- Higher education.
- Practical knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.
- Understanding of retail processes is desirable.
- Understanding of process automation.
- Experience in customer support is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Developed analytical thinking, result-oriented personality, able to work in a team and independently.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ready for travelling within Baltic states;
- Ready to participate in on-call duties;
- Excellent knowledge of Estonian and good English (written and spoken).
We will entrust You:
- Ensure excellent customer service and support for end users, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting deadlines.
- Provide timely assistance, recommendations, and technical information to SAP systems users.
- Solve incidents and problems using available tools by following existing procedures.
- Follow up on more complex issues by involving internal IT experts or external consultants to ensure the availability and operation of implemented IT systems.
- Identify recurring errors and suggest solutions.
- Identify and document problems, causes, and solutions.
- Create and maintain system documentation to support user activities.
- Create/change and maintain SAP system configurations.
- Assist in the implementation of SAP projects.
- Participate in user training activities.
